  • Drywall patches and nail pops, trim and baseboards, doors that stick or won’t latch, hardware swaps, minor caulking and weatherstripping, simple leaks or fixture tweaks where appropriate, squeaky floors or stairs, small electrical fixes (outlets, switches, fixtures), touch-ups after wear and tear.

  • Flat-pack builds—bed frames, dressers, desks, shelving units, entertainment centers; tightening hardware and aligning drawers/doors; anchoring tall or heavy pieces to the wall where it’s needed; basic disassembly or prep for moves.
